Day 1:

  • Introduction to marine water safety.
  • Common hazards at sea and how to deal with them.
  • The concept and importance of training in marine water safety.

Day 2:

  • Basic swimming and floating techniques.
  • Use of rescue devices (such as lifebuoys and rescue ropes).
  • Practical application training of these techniques.

Day 3:

  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR).
  • Basic steps for performing CPR.
  • Training participants on the use of Automated External Defibrillators (AED) for electrical shocks.

Day 4:

  • First aid for drowning incidents.
  • Dealing with heat shocks that may occur in the water.
  • Training participants on how to handle emergency situations related to marine water safety.

Day 5:

  • Maritime safety regulations and boat safety rules.
  • Importance of wearing necessary safety equipment, such as life jackets.
  • Training participants on the use of marine safety equipment.
