• Using various assessment tools such as risk matrix and analysis of previous incidents.
• Studying case studies of risk assessment in different fields such as construction and industry.

Day 3:

• Determining the impact of occupational hazards and assigning risk levels and priorities.
• Applying methods to control occupational hazards such as source control, reducing usage, and evaluating alternative tools.

Day 4:

• Introducing the concept of human errors and their impact on safety and occupational health.
• Studying methods to control human errors such as training, guidance, and safe process design.

Day 5:

• Introducing advanced management of risks, safety, and occupational health.
• Familiarizing with standards and regulations related to occupational health and safety and how to comply with them.
• Training on preparing advanced assessment reports and recommendations for improving safety and health in the workplace.
