• Defining the causes of errors and techniques for dealing with them, such as sample analysis and root root analysis of problems.

Techniques for repair and improvement in processes

• Identify tools and techniques such as flow charts, failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Applying continuous improvement methods such as statistical process control (SPC) and total quality management (TQM).

Planning and improvement strategies

• Develop strategies to improve operations and achieve high efficiency.
• Develop plans for continuous training and development for employees and ensure the achievement of set goals.

Performance management and productivity measurement
